For those of us not in the know whats the position with Shlein? Been offered a lucrative position in his day job which means he’ll have to give speedway up or has he been offered a team spot with another club?

Maybe the Rory is he or isn't he has delayed team line-up plans. We had 7.33 available for last 2 riders, but if Rory has changed his mind about riding we now have 15.41 for 3 riders.

Things may have changed over the last month and may just being championship but haven’t heard anything to say he is.

I’m starting to feel a bit concerned about what team Berwick will put out this year. With Oxfords team announcement today,I think it would confirm that there are no top riders willing to commit next year.  If the Rory rumours are true then having Cook as the only genuine heat leader is a worry, I just hope the management can pull of a miracle

Not sure why the need for concern? Let's say Berwick only have Cook as a "genuine heat leader", Edinburgh only have Sedgmen, Oxford only have Masters & Plymouth haven't named any. 

Looks like we'll have more teams built with strength in depth in mind?

I agree, just pointing out that next year only having one heat leader isn't going to be as bad as it would've been 5/10 years ago.

The best ability is availability, as they say. Even if other #1s aren't as good as Cook, at least they'll turn up every week. Valid concern when signing Cook these days.

It is a”no brainier” if they forgive him for letting them down the last time he was a Bandit.Think it was the Anderson’s in charge then though.
