Their starting average, and where they are after the first 8 meetings. Added Cook, but he ain't had a fair crack yet. We've been unlucky with Ben.

Cook 6.99.           - 2.54   (Averaged 3.20 from 4 meetings, RR or guest 5.70 from the other 4.) 

Lawson 6.91.      - 0.59

Klindt 6.58.          - 0.24 (Stint at reserve)

NKI 6.83.              - 0.89

Harris 6.06.           + 0.09 (Stint at reserve)

Kvech 6.58.         - 0.68 

Not saying get rid, but they need to up it a bit. 

I didnt moan about Kerr's last meeting, thought he rode well at Glasgow.

I would find it difficult to moan about your team really, the way the team is built you will always suffer against teams with a good top two. I am sure you will beat the Brummies, not many teams can boast a gp rider at reserve!

If you was moaning about 1 of your top 5 under achieving, when the others where over, you would moan about Lynn having 1 rider just over their starting average, and the rest under.. Be honest

I have moaned about Kerr because he hasnt been good, I dont expect him to be as good as Lawson but he should be as good as Rowe but his performance at Glasgow was much better. Not all Poole fans shared my viewpoint but I know if we are to challenge for anything the whole team needs to be firing. 

The Kings Lynn team has been poor and Klindt was awful recently I would be moaning about him and I would not be happy about Boughen but he has ridden like that for a while so not really a surprise. Harris was good at reserve and so will Kvech be but you are missing top end strength which you can only moan at how the team was built not the actual riders.

Maybe, Rob Lyon must have thought he could build it like Peterborough but it hasnt worked because there are better riders here now, Harris has been good but he isnt Emil or Kurtz. You will always have a strong reserve but you need strength at the top too. Oxford seem to be even worse with a similarly built side.

Nothing wrong with moaning about your team if you think your riders are not performing to their level.

The team is fine if they all click together and are consistent at the same time. However, this is speedway and when does that ever happen? The way the 1-7 is built, all it takes is for 1 of the boys to have a stinker and then there’s no chance.

You lost Ben Cook and Boughen hasnt troubled the scorers much, if you could get a good replacement for Ben that would be a big help but one rider having an off night shouldn't matter with the reserve you have.
