Lawson might be available but I think bridges were probably burned there. Could see Klindt coming back but I think we probably need to move away from former riders and freshen up.

Last I heard the Lynn management are only interested in top tier speedway. There's something not right somewhere along the line at Lynn, not sure what. This years side should have finished top four at a canter, I would argue only the two youngsters have met expectations. Fricke is averaging about three points less than he should be at home but has held the team together away at times. If he wants to come back Id have him due to his average but apart from him, Jody and Cooper I'd clear the rest out and freshen things up. And provide them with a track they can actually race on.

Leicester v Kings Lynn 03/09/26 7:30pm

The failure to reach the top four wont be because of last night, its the three home defeats and the loss and Northampton. Fricke has regressed, Kvech & Cook havent kicked on and they made a dog's breakfast of the Castagna/Jenkins spot. All a bit of an underwhelming mess unfortunately. Cooper and Jody have been the bright spot. -

If we get 40 that'd be a pretty good night, its an awful hunting ground for us. -
Pairs and CLRC

He'd have known that PK was there though, there was also the risk that following Morris on the inside on that first bend could have given him the chance to clamp him and slow things down. It's a difficult one really, I dont think Lawson looked particularly quick in that race anyway as he had gated 2nd and Morris managed to get past on the first lap. -

I've just seen the semi and I've got a bit of sympathy with Lawson to be fair, I'm not sure following Morris round on the inside at that point would have been the right choice with Kildemand blasting round the boards. Would rather give PK credit for an excellent ride. -
Spot on, this meeting was in the calendar a long time ago. And they certainly aren't 'Mickey Mouse' meetings.

Crowds Speedway Can Only Dream About

Similar story at Lynn when they have stocks/bangers. Peraonally I don't get it, oval car racing is gash IMO but they must do something right to get big crowds. -
What about the Danish League?

They could but how many are likely to?

Belle Vue v Sheffield 2x Bank Holiday
Bagpuss replied to Rob B's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Ultimately if we don't qualify (again) it'll be because of the three home defeats and at least one loss at Northampton; however the optics of two of our riders helping a direct rival do so is horrendous, and something British Speedway needs to sort out going forward. -
Hes already had some senior outings over there so can't imagine he won't do the same in 2027.

If Poland get their way he couldn’t do Prem and Champ.

I think its more complex than that.

Belle Vue v Sheffield 2x Bank Holiday

You've completely and utterly missed the point! Guesting for a rival compromises the integrity of the competition. I have no issue with Sheffield, more with the system, my own club and the two riders. I don't imagine Fricke is bothered either way as he'll guest for Sheffield if Lynn don't make it. -
I wouldn't be at all surprised to see him at Belle Vue instead.

This is why I detest guests; Fricke and Cook could in theory help Sheffield pip Lynn to 4th. -
He may well have meant the SWC in its modern guise.

I think Nicholls' injury and their inexperience at reserve has probably cost Plymouth; Berwick always seem to have a habit of flattering to deceive however good their team looks. That said they have been excellent at home, but have fallen apart away once or twice when looking good for the win. Oxford were the big surprise for me although with a fully fit Riss I'm sure they'd have had a much better year.

Poole and Scunny win those semis pretty comfortably IMO. Then you'd have to fancy Poole strongly in the final, although what a story it'd be if Scunthorpe did it having been written off by all and sundry in March.

On behalf of Dudek for the Polish final if nothing else.

Michelsen made a bit of a wally of himself there but I'd have love to have seen him wallop Zmarzlik 😁
