It’s the managers decision who rides in heat 14 and 15. Sometimes you’ll see Lublin put in a weaker junior paired with Zmarzlik to gain experience in that heat.

Juniors can come in, but you can't put someone in the top 5 in unless they are in the top 4 scorers.  I'm not 100% but think this is correct.

Also think the top 2 scorers must be in Heat 15 unless replaced by juniors.

Yeah this is right just checked but anyone can in 14:

Each team may nominate any two riders for Heat 14, except those participating in Heat 15.

The two highest scoring riders from each team (reserves excepted) may only ride in Heat 15. The scores from all rides are counted but bonus points are not included. A rider in this heat may only be replaced by a reserve except when declared injured by the track medical officer

Looks like the poles have seen the success that is British speedway and put the prices for the final up to £28 and up, that doesn’t sound a lot to us but it is in Poland, remember I paid £8 last week to watch Gorzow v Częstochowa

What is the average price for Extraleague in Poland.Did Gorzow not reduce admission for the fixture you watched?
