JoeW436
If Robert Lambert had Jason Doyle levels of tenacity then I think he could challenge over the course of a year but I fear it will be another one for Bartosz.

So F1 copied that just before MotoGP followed suit. TBH, the format works better on 2 wheels, but whether it'll be nothing more than a gimic in SGP remains to be seen.

The thing is though that neither WSB or MotoGP then go on to have a further 20 qualifying heats,2 semis and a final

FAST GATER
IMO this sprint thing etc has been brought in to stop BZ winning again as he never appears to be great in qualifying , would have been far better to let the Russians in ( still think he would win ) thus ending the speculation of how good he really is . THE DEAN MACHINE
Currently peeing down at the track

WhilIe agree about letting the Russians in, sayfutinow is really struggling for speed at the moment, again in Poland last night not at top of his game, not sure he would be challenging zmarzlik at the moment, strange as it seems MJJ is the only rider not in GPs who I feel like would push zmarzlik

THE DEAN MACHINE
Rain stopped now, track looks really good, decent crowd in for sprint and the smell of barbecued sausage is overwhelming

stewmac
I don't often comment, usually just share links, but this goes against everything I want to see in speedway. Awful.

I agree, it’s just crap, here at the track, there is no announcements and nobody outside the pits actually knows what’s going on 1
THE DEAN MACHINE
So with an extra 20 points available for the sprint, that’s an extra 20 points for bartoz to win the championship by 2
stewmac
It's backfired on the organisers as it's clearly an attempt by them to restrict Bartek by hoping others can pick up points ahead of the event itself. Well done Bartek. Hope you ram it down their throats every sprint. If they want to improve the product, bring back the Russians and ensure it's the top 16 in the world, instead of sending out invites to riders who are clearly not top 16. 4

THE DEAN MACHINE
Heated discussion going on between Phil morris and zmarzlik about not being ready to pick his gate, fact is this, bartoz was there and there was so much messing around (10mins) bartoz walked back to his bike which was literally 15 foot away and came back to the stage, where the was another 5 minutes wait before anything happened, it’s a shambles in the pits, lots of freeloaders standing hands in pockets, nobody seems to know what’s going on
Panthers89
Ha Zmarzlik now picking last is a joke.
