If you have ever been to London Stadium for an event or gig , you would know that this brings it own troubles. Over an 80 mins to get to the station from the stadium. Quicker to walk through to Bow Road or Bromley by Bow stations , which in turn bring there own adventures.

I have been there plenty of times. If it is taking you 80 minutes to walk from the station to the stadium you are going the wrong way!

It might as well of been, mark Robinson Fanny power

Not really sure what you mean... but my point is, it only takes some jobs worth referee to notice this and "she" may take action, like the race suit incident, the letter of the law says you can't do it, I'm not sure what the sanction is, the spirit of the law for me should allow you to celebrate after a win.

I don’t want it there but one of the most accessible places by train, plane or car is the NEC but not sure they have an arena big enough for a track and a crowd, a lot of arena’s these days like Manchester MEN are just empty shells on concrete floors and the seating is mobile and can be adjusted to fit  any size crowd up to its capacity, on the occasions i have been to these places I always look to see if it big enough to fit a track and a crowd but don’t think they are

The new CO-OP Live arena by the Etihad is now the biggest in Europe, I've been a couple of times and am fairly confident that you couldn't fit a reasonably sized speedway track in it, I certainly wouldn't want go and watch it if they did.

Foo Fighters took 80 mins to get into Stratford - Sam Fender was the same supposedly , we walked to Bow Road. Organisation is absolutely gash ...

Like you, I mainly use other stations. Of course, it's unlikely speedway would get a crowd that generates such queues, and, as you rightly point out, it's not a speedway thing.

I went to the Champions Cup Rugby  final at Cardiff last month. Again, queuing at the station was slow and disorganised. 5 minutes to get to the station, an hour in the queue.

Just saying...

FIM Track Racing Regulations 2025:

37.02 Ignition cut-out switches

Solo and Sidecar motorcycles must be equipped with a functional ignition kill switch or button mounted on either right or left side of handlebar (within reach of the hand while on the hand grips) that stops a running engine. The ignition cut-out switch may also be fitted on the handlebar, as close as practicable to the throttle.

The lanyard must remain attached to the wrist of the rider, mechanic or support team member at all times when the engine is running.

The ignition cut-out must stop the engine immediately, by the simple action of pulling a lanyard or a non-elastic string (which must be as short as possible) attached to the rider´s right wrist.

All other engine management switches and electrical connectors must remain covered or closed during riding.

Talking of rules are riders allowed to take the shortcut to tapes over the white line and around the tapes? Noticed it on more than one occasion at Manchester GPs.
