June 5th Aces v Brummies

Hope Brady is fit for this as otherwise the BSPL will put out another press release telling him he’ll be in trouble if he rides abroad before the UK. Last season he got injured, missed a meeting here then made a curtailed attempt at a comeback abroad before missing the UK, which resulted in him getting a telling off. Hope it doesn’t happen again, to any rider.

he may have had concussion on Saturday? so there would be a 8 day compulsory ban ? we don't  know until we are told officially what's the injury ? there is Aces home match Thursday then he is due to ride Friday night for Wroclaw then in a GP Challenge Qaulifier Saturday? let's see how it turns out ? interesting situation tho ?

Let’s hope Kurtz doesn’t pick his meetings again. 🤐

Withdrawn from GP Qaulifier on Saturday remains to be seen if he rides for Wroclaw on Friday?

Thought the self names National Speedway Stadium had fantastic drainage?  Forecast less than 25% rain maximum from early afternoon.  Either Lemon worried about crowd with no Kurtz, that Birmingham could have a chance of turning them over, or wants zero damage to the track ahead of next weekend.
Not just Belle Vue but postponements need to be looked at as meetings getting called off with less than 50% chance of rain then ends up dry all evening, meaning meetings/play offs end up being later in the season.

i was shocked at the postponement myself, but you make a good point about protecting the track for next week because we did have a lot of rain since last night, track would deffo be waterlogged this morning, but that dont usually stop us

Might have been 25% chance, well they were 25% right as it’s been pouring down from 7.30 to 7.45pm. Maybe BV should have done same as Sheffield let fans in and call it off
