Birmingham v Belle Vue Mon 28th July PL2

Recommended Posts

Bizarre meeting really, is there a hosepipe ban in Birmingham?  Track terribly dusty, no sign of watering.  Thought Aces were in average reduction mode first four hears, optimised by Lidsey gong first to fourth in heat 3.

The top 3 then stepped up to support Blodorn who was trapping excellently.

As the track got dustier the outside line disappeared and it was follow the leader after heat 11 summed up by Musielak being unable to land a blow on Zishcke in heat 11 then winning heats 13 & 15 with Bewley going backwards in both trying to find some grip on the outside.

Bit of a bore! Superior riders going backwards when chasing dirt on the outside. I remember when PB opened initially there was some great racing weekly.

I struggle to fathom how anyone can charge £24/25 for that non product. Feel for Birmingham fans they deserve better.

Went for one last visit to Perry Barr before it shuts, Awful track, down to dusty base on inside & no grip out wide. Dan Bewley busting a gut up by the fence & losing ground!

What you doing on here Trackrat
