To that end I'd recommend that you contact Jason Pipe and he'll tell you how many riders agreed to ride and then withdrew or were asked but declined the invitation. The 'Young Stars' part of the meeting name was to differentiate between the level that the senior side ride at and the National Development League which pretty much every rider in the meeting rides in. 'Totally false advertising' feels like something of an exaggeration. Do you know they 'could of' (I assume you mean 'could have') filled it with more 'age appropriate' riders?
