I have a degree in Maths and legal training. One tells me it's 8, the other 7.99. I think we should leave if to the BSPL, they are clearly wiser than us. 🙃 Apparently standard rounding conventions dictate that a digit is only rounded up if the subsequent digit is 5 or greater. in this case the 4th decimal place is 0 so the preceding digit ie the 3rd decimal place 5 remains the same. Is it an accumulated percentage reduction, like yiu have calculated, or is it exponential reduction. For example, it could be 8% × 5 seasons = 40%, which would be 5.27×0.6 = 3.16.
