Just speaking for comets fans who regularly attend away meetings in good numbers, local tracks, around 40-75 fans attend, uto 100 at Redcar or Glasgow due to good race tracks and previous good performance by the team. Even the long trip nearly 800 mile round trip 😲 to Poole and Plymouth around 15 fans attending, I was one in Poole

Most away fans won't travel these for various reasons, but the main reason is very high fuel costs , and at the end of the day it's for 15 minutes of racing

If belle Vue takes up the option to host the single GP in June, a few things will determine how many fans might attend, if the cost is high to factor in the cost of building the stand, fans won't buy the tickets, also oasis are playing in Manchester that weekend, and hotel prices are horrendous, so travelling fans will be put off attending. A lot of things are going against belle Vue taking up the GP option in my opinion
