Dan Gilkes reminded me of Chris Schramm last night, barely able to stay on from bend to bend. Hopefully he'll regain some confidence at Scunny after nearly a year out of the sport 👍🏻 Surely it was only going to be a matter of time before somebody snapped JT up especially now everybody knows how their teams are performing and injuries etc. Poole got tons of flak for not taking Dan back. Is Stewart in for the same treatment?

Too injury prone. He’s never ever had a full season without

Unlikely, he's ultimately made the right decision I think

Did they really? I thought the majority wanted to keep Newman. Most of the ones who wanted Gilkes back, seemed to suggest doing it because of morals, rather than Gilkes being stronger? I suppose on Gilkes FB Poole were getting flak, but that's not really unbiased opinions. Edited Friday at 01:16 PM by szkocjasid

Seemed to get a lot of flak from opposing supporters
Teromaafan
Don't know how much longer Dan T will be out but I would've thought Dickson would make a swift 28 day offer to Lewis Kerr before someone else grabs him.

I think Stewart said early June return last night.

No pressure as no one expects them to do anything and also he is at 7, so can take time to get race fit. If he was at Poole would have been in top 5 for a bit and no time to settle.

The lad needs a reset and an injury free period. I’m not entirely sure the scunny fans will be happy about that being their lookout however. Replacing their second best scorer. Their two reserves won the match for them last night.
Teromaafan
Looking at the rolling averages, Howarth will be at reserve next month. He’s not actually riding badly but Kemp has made such a great start to the season. Kyle will hopefully fill his boots at No.6. I can see Morris having stint in that berth as well before too long.
