Is that why you, Oxford and Leicester forced the points limit which was going to be 40 up to 42 or you were going to pull out unless you got it your way.

If it was 40 you’d of probably been okay with Just Jake.

So let’s not go down that route, job for the boys with Simon let’s not kid on it’s not.

Why don’t you contact me and speak to me. But then again, you obviously don’t want to hear the truth. Where this is coming from I don’t know? I can assure you, that King’s Lynn did NOT vote for the 42 limit. Believe what you want, but it’s the truth. One club mentioned a 42 limit and 3 other clubs thought, yes that’s a good idea, but they never looked at the bigger picture.

yes had it been a 40 point limit, Jake would have been at number 1. So who would you have put in if not Simon? Who is AVAILABLE who I could have put in instead ?

To be fair owens beat mark a cany bit over the last few years liam has only ever beat owen once . Owen had the higest average in njl from a non ndl rider until last two meeting when it went ** up. Think laylen had only beat owen in one meeting.

Its hard for owen to devlop when he doesnt get a chance.

But im always  going to say that cos im baised

Lots of love mate

Paul

Owen’s chance will come. Keep believing. He’s had a little taster now of what it’s all about. Though this year the NDL is going to be much stronger. Hopefully we’ll get to see Owen riding in the NJL at least this year.

Im going to say it.....Simpsons NL average is way to high for this to be considered a decent signing, if he had come in on his Trophy average that would be different but 8.42 is a massive number......he will probably do alright at Lynn if its deep with his Grasstrack background but technical tracks are going to be a big challenge

Shows why the 42 limit works out, on a lower limit, a "developing" rider would've likely be frozen out of a "development" league team spot.

Agree doesn't sound a great signing on his average, when it comes to winning the league - if that was the priority.

As ever, winning at home is crucial, hopefully with some exciting racing.

Also shows why the limits shouldn't yo-yo around. 38 point limit last year introduced a several non ready riders combined with natural average inflation and a short season seeing riders like Simpson on averages higher than their probable ability.....therefore the need to jump up to 42. Why can't that NL just stick at a number (ideally 42) with 3.00 minimum and maybe things will start to level out again.
