SteelShoe
First of all I hope Vinnie isn't too beat up after lifting off the 4th bend and ploughing into the fence ( No tattie puns please đ). Following a first ride where he struggled with the track he was much more competetive. Shame after superbly getting into a 5-1 behind Cookie and looking comfortable he lifted and couldn't get it down in time. This was always going to be a tough task but we were left rueing points thrown away when in good race positions. Niklas looks a real racer and I look forward to see him develop as he settles in to British racing. Signs are that consistency will be pivotal to our chances of competing at the sharp end. Well done the Bears who all chipped in. The 10 last places undid the Comets but there were some promising signs. UTC

Vinnies fall was nothing to do with the track. He's also on his way to hospital with a very swollen knee.
geoff100
Good result both danes looked good, vinnie after a poor first ride improved, tate tried hard which saw him fall, young jamie a little off the pace, but for the falls we could have won.the downside the first bend rut should have been noticed since the last meeting almost an hours delay saw some fans leaving. Jody Scott's EF whilst Redcar were on a 5 - 1 cost Redcar a bigger win.

Neila
Was not a bad meeting for the comets plenty of positives to take away, especially since it was the 1st time on track as a team, the young Dane is certainly a racer never gave up, deserved more than 2 points, were on 5-1 s twice, until Vinnie binned it in the fence after violently lifting off the 4th bend, hope Vinnie is ok and the bike isn't too badly bent, but did not look good. Then Tate went wide when on 5-1 with cookie, battled back for 3rd place. More good times to come UTC đđđ”âȘ

Even if it wasnât, the track was a disgrace all night. Wasted 40 minutes trying to rectify it and it was no better. Fella on the tractor didnât look like he had a clue.
Midget
Was an enjoyable meeting. Klindt replacing the unlucky charles wright actually makes redcar stronger. Craig Cook looked like the Craig Cook of old, the new dane looks a real prospect an was well worth more than 2 points. Jamie Erherington looked way out of his depth. Tate needs to sharpen up his starts. R.E the track, this is where british speedway really shoots itself in the foot, it was dry all day and a suitable race surface should be prepared to last an evening meeting in that time, supporters should not have to watch tractor racing for over an hour on a cold night.
SCS
I think the track didnt help both sides last night and we were lucky we won as the comets were in the points a few times when they were going to score more points even though jody was unlucky in heat 2. we also need to look at the track as you could tell by the lads faces when they came down to the 1st bend it was not good so maybe that didnt help us either

The way Charles was talking last night when he was interviewed, it sounds as though heâs going to be out for quite a while. So I wouldnât be surprised if Klindt sees the season out with the bears.
