marko
As soon they said there is more clay in it my head dropped, no wonder tracks are getting worse and cannot cope with the weather, but of course shale costs money and clay is much cheaper, never mind the fact the actual track is your biggest asset. As others have said, the racing here is not as good as it used to be, Lynn used to have quite a reputation for being one of the best tracks in the Country.

Leicester looked like the home team. Cook not interested in the slightest on the second bend of heat 14, you can understand why folk think he's taking the P when you see his scores for Leszno. Season effectively over as we ain't winning at BV, Sheffield or Leicester.Β Your not winning anywhere including at home, as for your track itβs dreadful, last time it was half decent was in the 90,s. Odds On
decent meeting helped by the closeness of the scoreline...oldest rider on show and he shows more balls than most of the others on show, don't go blaming the track take a closer look at the riders, half of them can't overtake, majority of them get out of shape with the slightest sign of grip/dirt. Β Fastest line was the wide line, you see certain riders playing the percentages and riding white line-middle.
Mick Bratley
One of the better meetings Iβve seen at KL in the last three years. Leicester deserved winners. As for the abomination of the presentation/introduction of the riders to the crowd, jeez, itβs something that grinds my gears, why does it have to be so unprofessional? Leicester riders being introduced to the crowd while KL riders start their bikes up and get on the track. And while weβre at it, when will referees be consistent in enforcing the no riding on the centre green (or in Lynnβs case centre concrete) rule? The BSPL could have made a fortune from fines last night.Β

I mentioned on another thread it was a brilliant track when I went 85-93 crowds held up even when we were getting battered every week in the Martin Rogers era, when Barker and Simmonds took over with a powerhouse team over 3k turned up for the first meeting at home, I remember not so long ago Buster talking about Poole meeting on a bank hol Monday where the club had the best crowd since the mid 70's . The support is there at Lynn if done right but is it really worth risking investing a load of money into something with only six teams, 3-4 weeks between home meetings sometimes and when you do put a match on 20-30% of the riders are missing.
