To be fair if the Aces get a deduction and then an opportunity to win those points back that would be totally unfair on Poole. They would almost certainly have got the four had the Aces not cheated and they should be awarded the match. Who's to say Poole wouldn't have lost Ward and Holder with injuries in their first rides and BV would win? Any set of punishments need to apply regardless of the relative strength of the teams. If BV are docked points then they should be docked them for dodgy behaviour and this should have no impact on any future staging of the meeting. However, it was probably a good night for any Wolves fans as their team was banging in 5-1 after 5-1 so they wouldn't care what the racing was like. I doubt, Gemini, that any true speedway supporter, as opposed to those individuals who are fans of any one club, likes to see a team firing in 5-1s in many heats.
