They are either available or not, don't understand how it was listed as provisional for so long? Now confirmed on Lakeside website.

With this being on the original fixture list as a genuine Sunday meeting it'll be interesting to see whether it was put there coz we have a full complement of rider's available!! Just have to wait and see, you never know we might get lucky?
SteelShoe 500 Posted August 19, 2018 Trouble is because Nicolai and Rene signed for their Polish teams before the Comets then they have priority and because of the crazy no facility scenario for Division 2 Polish teams (Ostrow & Bydgoscz) we could be in the 2 NL rider scenario again . Because Dan rides for Rybnik in division 1 then at least we have a facility . Little use that is though if Rene and Nicolai are missing as well. You couldn't make it up ! . Does the BSPA care ? I think not as its them that are trying to stitch us up by insisting we arrange fixtures previously agreed to avoid these very scenarios. Its completely and utterly shocking !
Marksman 536 Posted August 19, 2018 Looking at the International League calendar and club fixtures, Ostrow don't have a meeting next weekend, So Nicolai will be available. Rybnik meeting is on Sunday, but as ours isn't a rescheduled meeting, Dan will be riding for us. Bydgoszcz are riding on Sunday, so Rene could be missing which would really make us weak at reserve, but who knows?
TonyE 822 Posted August 19, 2018 (edited) West Ham Bombers circa 1971- not sure who the actual riders are. Romford moved there when a Court Order closed down Brooklands as a speedway venue. Edited August 19, 2018 by TonyE
