Going back to Steve it looks hopeful that he could get back earlier than anticipated i really hope so his fitness levels are so high and with lots of treatment in the Oxygen chamber could the British Final be to soon.?

Steve Shovlar 10,439 Posted April 15, 2018 With the forecast good we are looking forward to coming up for this. Nice when it’s an 9 hour round trip to know it’s not going to be a wasted journey or have the stress of dodgy weather. Lets hope there’s a good crowd there tomorrow night. Should be a cracking meeting.

Already said what I think of Steve Worrall. Seems a nice guy. A third heat leader. Has a 6.6 average. Not as good as Lambert ability wise. Won’t get to where Harris, Nicholls, Cook or King reached. ouch 1,191 Posted April 15, 2018 This will be tougher for us than the away match as the poles will fair better and PK can now race all out. The poles are reigned in at Poole as they are aware of the reaction of their polish clubs should they get injured plus losing the big bucks from over there. PK has been around long enough now to be one of those guys that feel if a track is poor, his effort will reflect that. The continuing, well documented problems with the Poole track will never allow these guys to shine. Also Shanes will struggle due to the gate and go nature of his home circuit. Removing these restrictions and giving these guys a track to RACE on will provide tricky yet entertaining opposition for us. Looking forward to it wether we win or not and it will act as a fine antidote to the heartbreakingly awful dish served up at Wimborne Rd last week.

I see Cook is missing again from the Rybnik squad today - compassionate or just not good enough? Edited April 15, 2018 by Skidder1

ouch 1,191 Posted April 15, 2018 Wow. So you think Wednesday’s Wimborne Rd track is better suited to the poles than the wide open spaces of the NSS. Now that’s a wind up or an incredible lack of speedway knowledge. I’ll go with the former, which is a shame.
