Although i am not a Peterborough fan i have been annoyed at the way they seem to be down the pecking order when it comes to dates they have or more to the point they do not have the track available to them.

I have to agree Wright rode fantastically , has really come on this year. To pull so far clear in the races that mattered most was astounding. He is really developing in to a terrific rider and I am not sure a fully fit Robert Lambert would have beaten him .

Charles Wright was a worthy winner  But a fully fit Lambert and Cook would  have given him more of a run for his money..

We will never know but last night I think Wright was above Cook's level.
