  1. Hopefully a lesson learnt for the new promotion. We all like to be kept in the loop with whats happening with our teams, but this should've all been sorted behind the scenes rather than out in the open.
  2. I mean its a bit of ai that anyone could've designed.
  3. I think unless there's a massively talented youngster looking to come over, and judging by Ipswich signing up Kennett there just isn't, I'd rather us just stick by Anders. There's no point dropping him to bring in a rider like Kerr or Sedgy again.
  4. Try explaining that to a newbie 😅 unreal.
  5. Can't be Gilkesy- riders MA has to be the same or lower than the rider their guesting for- Gilkes is on 3.40, Killeen is 3.00.
  6. Get the feeling the intention was always to sack Ingram- thought it was strange that all the squad had 2026 kevlars but Ingram was wearing Worrall kevlars from last season when the season started, but with way he's gone on there was no way scunthorpe could consider releasing him. Could just be me putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5 though.
  7. Riss needs to retire at this point. Hes been suffering with this illness since 2023 and its looking increasingly unlikely that its going to get better. Needs to do himself, his opponents and club a favour and sadly admit defeat. The sports dangerous enough without a condition that seemingly effects his vision at random times.
  8. On the 2026 rules and regs it states- "010.2.3 Amended MA’s With the approval of the BSP LTD GC or Directors for: - a) riders who have been absent from British Speedway racing for more than 3 seasons (the table in 10.2.2 will be used as a reference, the MA may be increased or decreased) b) riders who have been absent for more than 1 full season due to a speedway injury" Doesn't mention any amount of percentage of reduction- however, I'd read that as woffinden could apply for a reduction under the current rules.
  9. No mention of a percentage- like a lot of things in speedway they'll just make it up as they go along!
  10. Well on the 2025 rules and regs it says the following for average amendments- 010.2.3 Amended MA’s With the approval of the BSP LTD GC or Directors for: - d) riders who have been absent for more than 1 full season due to a speedway injury So from that, I'd suggest woffy is likely to get a higher deduction than the standard 2.5%. That being said, I'd say it's more than likely a mistake on the speedway gp site. I cant see woffy doing the gps and the UK, I fully suspect his focus will be elsewhere. And especially for Sheffield I can't see a side where we wouldn't include picko. I'd be very surprised if it's anything other than the 7 already touted.
  11. They'll never learn... cannot understand for the life of me why anyone would sign Craig at this point. An absolute liability, completely unpredictable and has let down clubs year on year. Good luck Workington, I suspect at somepoint this season you'll need it once Craig disappears...
  12. Can't see it personally. Made Owlerton his own last season, think at 2 he'll still prove to be a real trump card at home. On the road may be a different story.
  13. Think that's more than likely the team we'll go with
  14. I very much doubt we'll be without Pickering next season, especially with his comments regarding if there was 1 league he'd pick Sheffield over Scunny
  15. I do sort of understand why some wouldn't be keen on Brennan - he hasn't exactly got a stellar record round owlerton. Other than that, I can't see why anyone wouldn't want to sign him. A rider that's improved year on year, a real professional and speaks well for himself and in what could be a weakened league I think could be a real asset as hes proved he can defintely hold his own at heatleader- given the opportunity I'd love to see him have a season at Sheffield, however I fully suspect he'll be back at Ipswich.
