  1. Past hour
  2. Still as long as the racing is exciting it doesn't matter who wins as the crowd for the next home meeting won't be affected!?šŸ˜‰

  4. You will need to get the app to watch all the meetings. Some meetings will be on the TNT tv channels but all meetings will be watched via the app. I’m using the app now for the Moto GP and it’s easy to navigate around.
  5. Are you being serious here? I can’t tell. ā€œMichael Oliver isn’t sure it’s a penalty at Old Trafford, VAR video angle is inconclusive after reviewing the screen and no penalty given.ā€ Hang on, Dave from the 2nd row of the Stretford end has a good angle on his iPhone, he’s going to send it to the referee on WhatsApp.ā€ Announcement pending.. ā€œAfter video review on Dave’s iPhone a Penalty is awarded for a foul on Manchester United’s number 9ā€.

  7. An ' unexpected accident in the pits' resulting in a dislocated shoulder!!
  8. Cookie stuck to his racing line, enters the bend first, and battye tries to round him, laying his bike down in the process. Whole spot is a rubbish show. Greg is as unprofessional as they come and shouldn't be any where near a microphone the clown. But hey, s**t happens, on to the next one.
  9. I’m sure the SCB/track regulations prohibit filming without prior accreditation from the BSPL or Promoter. Some tracks allow filming for personal use only. To then use this type of footage probably filmed at 60fps on a mobile, is an absolute head loss by Dishington.
  10. If it shows that someone else is to blame where’s the problem . Could have been a nasty one for Reid and if it shows he wasn’t at fault the correct decision is made . In football the decision on field is made and then if looked at from different angles it can be looked at and reversed . It’s 2026 no the 80s
  11. What other sports has she presented, I had never heard of her before her appointment.
  12. What has Paul to do with this,he now helps Kvech at the home meetings.
  13. Clears Greg’s involvement but sets dangerous precedent if the ref can accept phone messenger messages regarding track incidents .very strange.IMO
  14. At 10 o clock on a Saturday evening when a meeting starts at 3 o clock the next day, options for a rider to be available is very very limited. Some probably enjoying some down time with family or friends, would be virtually impossible to organise bikes/ mechanic and travel from say Oxfordshire or East Anglia at this short of notice. Got to turn up and support the Comets whatever team is put out. On a possible for monarchs fans cluff may double his points score by beating Jamie in heat 2 šŸ˜€šŸ˜€
  15. I think the rule is that official footage if provided can be used for the referee to make his decision, but has to defer the result until the footage is seen, you can't announce a result then go and look at a fans footage and change your mind. The decision wouldn't have affected a drubbing for the comets , but the officials have to abide by the rules, the sport šŸ¤” is becoming more of a joke every weekend
  16. Today
  17. Rules say footage can be used, doesn’t specify that it has to be official club/TV
  18. Having read the comments/speculation on heat 4 last night, here’s what ACTUALLY happened: From the referee’s vantage point, the decision was made to exclude Reid as it didn’t look like Cookie had touched him & he fell on his own, this was officially announced as per SCB regulations. He then asked if there if a replay was available (yes he should have asked before announcing but hindsight is a wonderful thing) & was told there was so he went along to the commentary box - at NO point was Greg in contact with the referee or the refs box. While the referee was away the 3rd bend footage was sent via messenger to the box, Greg then came into the box to ask what was happening & was told the referee was viewing the BanditsTV footage, at which point the referee returned to the box. He was about to stick with his initial decision as the BanditsTV footage was inconclusive however when he was shown the clip from the 3rd bend clearly showing Cookie made contact with Reid he then changed his decision. At no point was Greg involved in influencing the referee’s decision, the change was made purely on him seeing the 3rd bend footage. Hope this helps
  19. Things get out fast. That’s that plan ruined need to think of a new one quick!
  20. I'm not sure you understand what 'development' means. Any riders who want to start or come back to the sport should be encouraged with opportunities. Why is Jade Mudgway any less deserving of a place in the league now, than say Ashton Boughen was a couple of years ago?
