Sheffield Tigers 2025

That's a brave prediction, personally can't see any change to the top 4 clubs. Even if Sheffield are weaker, can't see them losing again & again at home. -
This month's edition will feature 60 Years on and it still rankles - a grievance from times gone by The BLs First Season - August 1965 The Other Bernie - recalling the sensational debut of Bernie Lagrosse True Blue - Bluey Scott https://classicspeedwaymemories.webador.co.uk/august-2025

Luke and zaine were the only two riders to be in the 57s race times all night -
Edinburgh will be very much in the mix , really solid side and they will be very difficult to beat over two legs.
-
Looking at our remaining fixtures we've got a decent chance of at least 18 points.. Leicester at home 2pts Oxford and Birmingham home and away - 4 wins 2 bonus = 10pts BV and Sheffield home - 2 wins and bonus points - 6pts Just that Suffolk lot away to deal with.. Sheffield (rather than Leicester) just might be catchable....
-
The best thing about these changes is it gives Kings Lynn a sniff of 4th place above the tigers.... I could easily see the Stars going through the rest of our league meetings unbeaten... Sheffield are more catchable than Leicester....

Good result for Glasgow , at the moment it looks like a Poole v Glasgow final but ….its Speedway.

Think you will find i said half the racing. And yes it was the dustiest I have seen for many, many years. My clothes, car, shower backed that up.And no i dont need my eyes checking as I do have tests every 2 years, and just recently had them done(June). Thanks for the concern.I take you couldn't see the colour of that dog laying down then, considering he had people around him he managed to be a different colour at the end.Even my socks managed to be a horrible brown colour.

Then you missed out on some very good racing last night, the score didnt reflect the standard of racing well done both teams -
Interview with Gavin Parr on the stream tonight before the meeting. Gavin spoke about Riss' absence saying he didn't expect he would be back this season. That he would love to see him return over the coming weeks, but expect he'll need around 6 months out (based on previous occurrence).

I think considering how weak the two reserves are, Glasgow are really doing well. They only need one of the reserves to step it up a bit and you will have the beating of Poole home and away IMO

Really? Did not look that way -
I don't think Cairns would take lightly (is that the correct term) to being told to "take it easy" to lower his average. Especially as he obviously went to Poole as they were the best club to help him progress in his career, right? After all look at how much effort Poole put into development league speedway 🫢

Solid display from Scunny but heat 15 has been a real problem this year. Worrall 8 points and Allan 6 points from heat 15(home) this season, not really good enough from your 1 and 2. Douglas would have scored double that by himself.
