Can only go by what was posted on the official site. This has now changed and states he has a stomach problem, must be serious if it's not going to be back tomorrow!!!! Another dodgy Polish medical certificate on the way to the UK from his Polish Team. Think they know he will have to miss a week for a non speedway related absence so with the final starting 10 days later not a problem.

It's a shame Cooper Rushen is only 15. He has an average 3pts higher than Perry in the NDL In only his 1st season of racing. It was always going to be tough for Glasgow with two young reserves who didn't pull up too many trees the season before. Fair play to Hodder In the 2nd half of the season he has come on leaps and bounds, as showed last night in beating Cairns twice. Unfortunately Perry has shown no progress imo and is out of his depth. Regarding who can replace him. It's a tough one as barring Tom Spencer. Perry has the lowest average in the league. Which proves does it not, that for all what Vatcher raves on about. Their are not too many young English riders coming through at this moment in time. We have no one imo who could replace Perry, regardless how poor he has been riding.

Not sure why you keep banging on about this because you’re comparing apples with oranges! If Kurtz couldn’t be @rsed in a completely meaningless fixture like the Sheffield Ipswich one on Thursday, then nobody would have batted an eyelid. But it wasn’t a meaningless fixture he couldn’t be @rsed in was it? It was his team’s play off semi final!

I did finish it with the winking emoji!!😉😄

The Polish team manager has a grudge against Magic, Przyjemski will not take part and was added to show that Magic hasn’t got any spot in the Polish National team even over a junior. Przyjemski is still not fully fit and pulled out of Lublin with an issue with his leg, he will take part in the second leg but again will need a lot longer to fully recovery. Pawlicki is still not 100% but is better than any other Polish rider current apart from the stand outs that are Zmarzlik Dudek and Kubera. I could have said probably but reality is unless any major injuries the other two are not in the team plans for the Final. The only difference in the team I wrote is than Dudek will likely take the place of Kubera for the switch. -
They could have had, BEN TRIGGER,BEN MORLEY,JODY SCOTT,TOM SPENCER,DARYL RITCHINGS
to name but 5 !!!

If you had said PROBABLY it would have been better. They all have meetings before a week Saturday so who know’s what can happen. -
It’s more about having your full 1-7 at the part of the season that matters most out with injuries which we haven’t had. But your attempt at sarcasm has been noted.

You have got that wrong- 3 riders will be chosen from the 3 named plus Piotr Pawlicki and Przyjemski. Team will be named after 2nd Semi along with all the other 6 finalists. -
Hoping for an Ipswich win as it would be nice to spread things around the other teams. Sheffield 2023, Leicester the cup and a title for Ipswich would keep interest high at these clubs. We don’t want support waning again so that we see the witches dropping down a league, we can’t race ourselves in our league. Ipswich really need to win after all the talk at the beginning of the season, “best team since the ‘90’s” (they’re not), “We will go all season without defeat”, (they didn’t, not even at home) “a masterclass in team building” (it wasn’t as The Aces did it in 2023 but with a greater points boost). Hope it produces the kind of speedway you all enjoy though I won’t be watching (play offs not for me) and I’ve only junior speedway to watch now with two Colts meetings and the Ipswich U19 Grand Prix.

What will 2026 UK speedway bring?
Ben91 replied to Lionsman66's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
The sport in Britain is in a real mess. Whatever happens will be unpopular in some quarters. What needs to be done is what is in the best interests of the longevity and improvement of the sport here. As a fan all I want is to see close, competitive racing without too many delays between heats. I believe that is all most Speedway fans ultimately want too. We fell in love with the sport for the bikes on the track, not the convoluted rule book that comes with it. That’s the part that has turned a lot of fans off over the years.
