  1. Past hour
  2. Unless fans stop attending play off meetings, then they will stay. Don't think a Glasgow fan has anything against Glasgow!! Think they were just giving a rough guideline on how it could be, rather than exact?
  3. I think it's an illustration rather than an expectation of actual teams
  4. Today
  5. Absolutely amazing support and the stadium appears to be packed. Game on for the supporters.
  6. I’m really not sure which of the two it is, and I wish now I’d asked. But was told by the Hat that there isn’t going to be one league, was never going to be one league, and that at least one Championship club would get more of a help via TV money to be competitive in a move up. Some interesting changes i.e rules/regulations, team building rules etc incoming also.
  7. Let’s not forget Leicester have been beaten here by Birmingham of all teams! Also lost against Ipswich here more unsurprisingly, so they can throw in a ropey home performance now and again. Janowski a good guest for Morris too. Some strange things can happen in play offs.
  8. Why is it too big of a jump for Przyjemski when he is 7th in the overall averages of the Ekstraliga? He is ahead of 11 of this years SGP riders in the hardest league in the sport, for comparison Kvech is 37th.
  9. So Ipswich and Glasgow 27 average and most of the others 29, what do you have against those teams?
  10. Play offs only attract bigger crowds because of the play off system, which means the league doesn’t really matter. Scrap the play offs and all of a sudden crowds come for the league matches because it’s the way you win the league.
  11. I think Kurtz was only doing what Jepson did to him a lap back. Very good race though
  12. All Sheffield need to do is gate, trouble is none of them can. Yet another Beaumont Park borefest looms...........
  13. Yes a good meeting but in the last heat it seemed that the rider in red was trying to use a bit more of the inner track than he should have but did not detract from a good nights racing.
  14. Scoreline didn’t reflect the quality of the racing- cracking meeting. Przjyemski fit to ride for Lublin.
  15. The Championship doesn't have a "TV deal" as such, so no need for Play-offs šŸ˜›šŸ¤£
  16. I don't disagree with you as I prefer the top of the league system, but while Play Offs attract bigger crowds and any TV deal demands it then they are here to stay.
  17. hence why occasionally you have to be prepared to be a bit ruthless to get to the very top - Nielsen was the classic example - Gundersen was the nicer chap but Nielsen was prepared to stuff you to get what he wanted hence why he was the more successful of the two, for the record I preferred Gundersen - lovely fella! I still love the picture i had taken with him at Cradley one saturday night - not long after that he was injured never to ride again!
