Little Star 1 Posted April 19, 2006 QUOTE(Triple B's @ Apr 18 2006, 01:37 PM)Having just got back from the IOW where the home side nearly finished third I can tell everyone that there's a very good reason why there's been nothing on the NA official site. Had a text message from Jonathan Chapman during the IOW match asking me if I could put something up on both this forum and the unofficial King's Lynn one. That's because Jonathan was involved in an accident over the weekend and was taken into hospital or an emergency op and therefore has been unable to update any websites. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh dear, poor Jonathon, I do hope everything is ok. I was surprised that the Norfolk Arena website had not been updated since before the IOW meeting on Good Friday. I now know why. Get well soon Jonathon, hope everything's ok. It wasn't a "dig" that the site hadn't been updated, just thought it was unusual

That's because Jonathan was involved in an accident over the weekend and was taken into hospital or an emergency op and therefore has been unable to update any websites. Best wishes to Jonathan. That's no reason for Nigel Pearson to have not put anything on the BSPA website though is it? Because King's Lynn have the meeting, does that mean they have to do ALL the advertising of it Bryn? Danzell 0 Posted April 19, 2006 (edited) Tonights meeting looks wide open, cant wait for a decent meeting at the arena, most of them this year have been a bit one sided.(know what i mean) and apparently i missed the best meeting so far (ashleys memorial meeting). Hope johnnos ok. Edited April 19, 2006 by Daniel Vertigan

The rain may have helped the track, save on watering it.
stevehone 3,430 Posted April 19, 2006 The rain may have helped the track, save on watering it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> as long as they're using Huggy today and not the Poole track man
Lucky Star 0 Posted April 19, 2006 im 6 mile away in terrington and we had heavy rain for the last couple of hours <{POST_SNAPBACK}> This is not looking good. The forecast is for another band of heavy rain in King's Lynn at about 4pm this afternoon. If the track is already soaked from this morning's rain then even Huggy will be hard pressed to sort it out in the time available.
stevehone 3,430 Posted April 19, 2006 just supposing this meeting is called off, is there any idea of a restage date? Sheffield have one of the next rounds coming up in a couple of weeks so would certainly need to be soon.

Chris 441 Posted April 19, 2006 Wouldn't call him much of a Lynn specialist myself! And I would agree that he probably won't be good enough to get through but you never know. No doubt the cream will qualify (including Kennett as I can't see it being too grippy) with probably one surprise, quite possibly Ben Barker who rides Lynn well. Will you be attending Chris? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> To be fair Brundle did average 7+ at home and about 2 away so he comes across as abit of a Lynn specialist! No not going tonight, maybe a good choice with the weather looking dodgy. At Lynn, wet track, plenty of mud!! Kennett and Boxall won't qualify now!!
