iris123 20,996 Posted January 29, 2008 Have read that Günther Bauer rode at Inzell with 5 broken ribs.Broke them in a training session at Saalfelden on New Years Eve.Not seen any confirmation of that though. On Günthers site it says he was ill and that is the reason he never took part at Flims

Sports Illustrated <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Incredible an American sports publication covering American sports. Great shots though; thanks for drawing it to the attention of the forum. Let's acknowledge the positivity of their input and they may come back for more. What great publicity.

Conkers 67 Posted February 9, 2008 Change to the Austrian WTC side - Franky Zorn will ride at No. 3, Harald Simon at 4, with Josef Kreuzberger at 16. Considering Franky said he didn't want to ride the Austrians now look a formidable side, and a rostrum spot is possible

f-s-p 832 Posted February 11, 2008 Something in the Swedish press about Posa admitting to a tactical error in his heat against Aakko... But Aakko won it, thats great. There are links to pictures in the isracing.net guestbook showing Aakko's bike with a steel coloured frame. Perhaps he's now managed to finish his new bike for the trips to Russia.
