But, anyway, you know what, Lubos Tomicek bothered entering the qualification process, unlike your beloved former British champion, so why the hell should a lazybones get the nod ahead of someone willing to go out and make an effort? Well said Schumi, rather than appearing arrogant in not bothering with the qualifiers and assume you will get yet another wild card nomination. superguest 194 Posted September 16, 2007 (edited) Scott Nicholls is in the GP, he had a bad start to the season but has now come back a lot better. He is riding to his potential, which aint exactly bad! He is unfortunate to be the best of a bad lot so he has been branded a 'star'. Sometimes I dislike some of Scotts moves as he uses his elbows way too much (classic case Wolves v Bees he completely rode across PK twice), but then other times I think he is so hard done by for being not good enough to be a top class rider but too good to just sit back and take the easy option like Floppy and other brits. I much prefer to watch Scott in the EL than the GP, hes way more entertaining, just a shame he has a bee on his chest! Oh and just to be a bit controvesial. Basically, Lubos replaces ANY rider who does not ride in a GP for what ever reason. One of the advantages of doing the qualifiers.
