Might have had some kind of digestive problem,seems he couldnt stomach riding infront of his former fans.

 

 

Seems about right, pity he could not have the decency to show respect to a former team-mate and ride.

He was spotted in the stadium wandering around, so I don't think so.

Knowing what a child Dugard is, that was gonna be my bet! Wouldn't put it past him at all, in one way or another, to make sure that Kennett wasn't allowed to ride.

It was a very enjoyable meeting and a very good send off meeting for Deano with a healthy crowd for one of Arlington's favorate sons. Joe Screen was the stand out man for me, bike troubles robbed him of a win so he should have bagged 13 from 5 and a fine second place in the meeting...

 

Gordon Kennett still looks class, his winnning time of 61.9 was only 3.4 secs slower than Bjarne Pedersens heat 16 winning time.

Fantastic day, was watching the queue from the top bar getting in they were still queueing to get in after heat 1, so heat 2 was delayed to allow people to get in.

 

I thought the time of Gordons race with Paul was 64.something, should of been faster though after the morning practise as soon as I suss how to do it will put the video on here of him in practise.
