mudflaps 664 Posted October 15, 2013 Panthers man Paddy powers to an awesome foursome Patrick Hougaard scooped four rider of the year awards. by Mark Plummer mark.plummer@jpress.co.uk Patrick Hougaard dominated as the Peterborough Panthers end-of-season awards were dished out last night (October 11). The Danish ace left the post-meeting bash at the East of England Showground in possession of four gongs - the Supporters’ Club Rider of the Year, the Management Rider of the Year, the Riders’ Rider of the Year and the Fans’ Rider of the Year. Four other riders also got in on the act as Krzysztof Buczkowski unsurprisingly collected the Most Improved Rider accolade after excelling since his mid-summer return. Ryan Fisher claimed the Barrie McIntosh Memorial award while Dakota North and Joonas Kylmakorpi shared the Team Man prize here endeth 2013!
Crump99 4,484 Posted October 15, 2013 (edited) 2013 ended before it started although more specifically in May when someone swapped the out of form Kosciuch (although there were reasons for that ie in the wrong place in the team & never given a track to race on) with the more out of form Klindt! Ironically Hougaard should have gone as well at that point Are you one of Plummer's special friends! Ironically Hougaard should have gone as well at that point Are you one of Plummer's special friends! (oops that's trolling isn't it ) Kosciuch seems to have been the scapegoat on a couple of occasions now. Can't understand it myself. He has his limitations on the smaller tracks but he is superb to watch at Peterborough and he has ridden well at Swindon and Coventry previously. Moreover, he is Polish and yet he's loyal!
