Doesn't he need a club first for it to proceed?.I would think that under the new stricter visa regime he needs to switch back from a Tier 5 to a Tier 2 visa. ...but now having second thoughts as I can't rememember if he was one of the riders that switched visa type last winter. So maybe the Poole management know what his fate his for the stuppidity for this year at the GP's. Not looking very good on the Lions though as time is fast approaching the start of the new season and still 2 places to fill, not really sure that there are many big names left in the hat to pick from now. Maybe Santa will spring a few surpprises. Considering Darcy's hearing is not until 08 January I think that is unlikely...............MF probably has several permutations of teams up his sleeve but whether Darcy is in any of them is anyone's guess..................
