But is it really quality racing Mr B.

Yes if Monarchs don't gate the pass from the back, but how often does that happen with away riders?

From a neutral spectators point of view it's not as great to watch as the home fans think.

Like most tracks the racing can sometimes be FTG at Armadale, but I think we get more than our fair share of good quality races. As you say George, mostly from Monarchs' riders missing the gate (and at the moment, with Cookie having mislaid his gating gloves, we're being royally entertained) but also occasionally from visitors. Two recent examples -

Wells passing Masters last night http://www.edinburghmonarchs.co/emtv/player.asp?id=100130

Heeps passing Sedgmen at the end of last season http://www.edinburghmonarchs.co/emtv/player.asp?cat=Racing_2014&id=100107

Heading off to Berwick shortly and looking forward to this meeting. The racing is completely different to Armadale and it has to be said that passing after bend 2 is at a premium, but it is fast and spectacular and you are close to the action, so can be very enjoyable in its own way.

You have to actually wonder how many will be at Shielfield next saturday after tonight. Sad times indeed.

What shocking performance track dire where is the management you set up a track for Edinburgh and then when its all going wrong don't even have the balls to come outand flood it and change it you need to take a long hard look at yourselves if there are 300 there next week they need there heads examined.

Crap speedway crap presentation.

I trust the promotion to turn things round and have Berwick back challenging at the top end of the league before long. They've never let us down before have they.

This just my opinion track might be lovely and smooth but not any good for entertaining racing. First ever meeting i have left before the end. Something needs done quickly. If diehards are getting bored and not enjoying it what must it be like for new fans. I dont really care who wins just give us entertaining speedway . It aint speedway watching four riders going round playing follow the leader.

In a word embarrassing

Beaten by our closest rivals and no entertaining racing at all

Barker clearly wasn't fit enough

I didn't think this team was up to much when it was announced and I think even less of it now.

Come on guys the promotion told us we have a decent team so it must be true. Maybe we just struggled tonight without Matic? I can definitely see us winning at Armadale can anyone else? I can also see big points just around the corner for Crang.
