Should be a good meeting this one. Kurtz is a great guest for Sheffield after his last 2 outings round Owlerton. Bellego back in the Sheffield line up too makes for a much stronger 1-5 line up. Should be a really good, close meeting on paper. Any Glasgow fans making the trip?

A tough meeting for Glasgow though hopefully Garrity is true to form of this week, knocks off a team mate, goes for a pass that is never on and gifts us a couple of 3 rider races we might sneak a point.

This meeting will put into perspective how we should have tried much harder at Newcastle 2 weeks ago!

We've not had enough meetings this season, especially away ones to truly judge our form on our travels.

This will be a bit of an acid test for us.

Agree, this will show who can step up to the plate when it matters.Fancy Sheffield for a decent size win.

Glasgow will need to be up for it if they are to get anything out of this meeting, A point wouldn't be a bad return, Smith and Berge the key men.

I'm just remembering, Dimiri has still got quite a few away tracks to visit for the first time too.

It promises to be a good meeting, so long as all the riders go home safe and with some brass in their pockets and that carvery is as good as usual I'll be happy.

There are no bad meetings at Owlerton and I'm not even a Sheffield supporter.

Yet.

home win by 6

You should have put a bet on!

Some decent racing (in a few races) and a close match. Do love the passion Garrity shows when he wins a race. If Lawson hadn't run out of steam or Summers hadn't snapped a chain it could easily have been a different story

If Lawson hadn't run out of steam

He has a habit of that! Seems a decent return for Kozza, hopefully he is starting to turn the corner. Onward to Plymouth tomorrow night.

Mr.Garrity to Gary Stead upon returning to the pits after an incredible ride: "That were a bit lairy".

Seemed to amuse Mr. Stead no end.

Stead was probably thinking, "we think that every time you're on track mate" :D
