Tsunami 10,219 Posted July 28, 2015 (edited) I believe Colin Hills money has been used to keep Plymouth running for the last few season. No doubt someone will correct me if I am wrong. My understanding was that a lot of the 6 figure sum that Colin left, had been wasted trying to get speedway into Haldon on legal fees. I think slander and libel is would the statement you made cause a reasonable person to think negatively of the person the comment is aimed at. Not is it a lie. So for example, you couldn't sue someone for libel/slander if they called you gay as these days being gay is not seen as a negative thing - but it could still be a lie.
