waco 1,026 Posted December 2, 2015 I have watched Kasper gating on videos and his reaction on his clutch is definately slower than other riders...If you dont have fast reactions your never going to make a gater.

And if you do the ref pulls you back and you're just a gating tart anyway.
SCB 0 Posted December 2, 2015 And if you do the ref pulls you back and you're just a gating tart anyway. Some people seem to confuse good gater with gating tart. Tony Rickardsson was a brilliant gater but anyone calling him a gating tart is deluded as he was also one of the best racers I've ever seen when he had to do it. A gating tart is someone who if they don't gate finishes in the position they gated in (or worse) not someone who can gate well. Todd Wiltshire is another, superb gater but if he did miss the start he could race.

waco 1,026 Posted December 3, 2015 (edited) Steve Boxall a very naturally talented exciting rider on a decent bike, ,,However not so talented at every other aspect of speedway required to do the job really well, Great shame really... Ben91 1,743 Posted December 3, 2015 Lot of unfulfilled potential, could have been very good if it had been channelled correctly. That and if he had some decent bikes under him.

Shadders 4,134 Posted December 7, 2015 (edited) A serious point (unlike the previous posters purile attempt to bump up the thread to the top) Will we have priority over Lakeside for the services of Edward Kennett? After all, he is a Rye House asset. I wasn't happy with the "arrangement" with the Hammers last season. Edited December 7, 2015 by Shads
