Paulco 7,145 Posted August 10, 2015 I think you'll find some of us -quite a few of us actually- were trying to point out last season that he was a decent raw talent and should be judged as a long term prospect we were taking the initial average hit for but we were constantly shot down by the short sighted 'he's not a number one' brigade. He is now proving to them exactly why short term pain long term gain can be a worthwhile strategy but the majority of those who slated him are remarkably quiet about it now..... It was obvious he was never going to be another of omalley/pen fold etc but he was repeatedly tagged that way. Just as well he had belief in his own ability and didn't lose confidence Well regardless of who was right and who was wrong , as Tigers fans we're delighted at Victor's progress this season 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
