Dandelion 775 Posted November 30, 2015 Dandelion,,, Dunno about the newbie (or oldbie) at #5,,, might be a bit of a risk for a new lad, or if its Kus, he is a a bit 'Lindgrenesque' IMO,,, I would probly go with Worrall at 5 and see how it pans out I think if it is Kus, him and Lindgren at 3 and 4 riding together won't be very strong or maybe a bit risky, mainly away like at tracks such as Sheffield, although you could put Ludvig at 5 and have Steve and the other at 3 and

The White Knight 9,039 Posted November 30, 2015 yeah,,, but thats cos his partner is usually a reserve,,, #1 rides against #6 once, and,,, #5 rides against #7 once,,, they meet the other team members the same amount of times,,, but do agree with the second bit,,, Maybe Ludvig should be #2,,, easiest rides and an early finish A very good suggestion RD - he would be very good in that position. :approve:

MrP 241 Posted December 1, 2015 (edited) Don't understand those who are saying Steve at 3/4. Last couple of seasons we've been keeping it close until the last 3 heats or so. Surely having Steve at 5 means we'll be stronger in those last 3 heats. 1 Lambert 2 Aarnio 3 4 Lindgen 5 Worrall 6 Rose 7 Phillips Edited December 1, 2015 by MrP

Shadders 4,136 Posted December 1, 2015 money talks That's the only reason Robert Lambert signed for Newcastle, so let's not go down that road

Surely having Steve at 5 means we'll be stronger in those last 3 heats. 1 Lambert 2 Aarnio 3 4 Lindgen 5 Worrall 6 Rose 7 Phillips I know it is probably not feasible but I think Rose is a better rider at 2 than at reserve, seems to put in better performances in my opinion. Also got to have Stevie at 5 and looking at that lineup, R Worrall would have make it look even better if he had slotted in at 3, but not meant to be. We await the final piece of the 2016 jigsaw puzzle.

andys 224 Posted December 1, 2015 To be honest we should have a strong reserve all season if tero drops down or Lewis stays there for the season. Not overly keen on kus great if he gates but doesn't seem to try otherwise although I will quite happily eat my words if he joins us and proves me wrong.
