guitar_art 247 Posted October 22, 2015 Well its Birminghams track staff that does the track so that's nothing to do with Cradley im afraid. Was a Kent fan? Ain't you now then? It was Cradley's decision to run on a track that probably wasn't up to it after torrential overnight rain. Nothing to do with Birmingham. Birmingham made an early decision not to run the first leg of the gold cup semi against Cradley after similar weather. We were castigated for it at the time. Looks like a very wise decision now. Heathen1984 139 Posted October 22, 2015 Rain as nothing to do with this meeting, if so why were track staff watering the track at 6.10 pm, got it totally wrong doing the track.
ruckerroo 792 Posted October 22, 2015 Irrespective of the complete balls up last night the national league needs cradley and their travelling fans in it

Probably because Cradleys management asked for it to be watered one would imagine....

Cradley were the stadium facilities/track users for the meeting and therein responsible for what went on at the match.

catinthehat 115 Posted October 23, 2015 Rain as nothing to do with this meeting, if so why were track staff watering the track at 6.10 pm, got it totally wrong doing the track. Some of the Eastbourne Team were there at 5pm and allowed into the staduim to the pits and there was no water being put down, Panic had started at well before then. @martindugard23 put on Twitter the mess of the start grid at about 18:00, Unless another lie has gone out about watering as it was not watered between 6pm and 7pm. The Managment got it wrong to tell the track staff what to do easy as that, they just follow instructions, who ever says it or instructs them to do it will and should always come back to the managment not the staff. Birmimgham never had a problem with the track so why should cradley if is the same people?
Heathen1984 139 Posted October 23, 2015 Bloody hell they got it wrong for once, suppose cus its Cradley its sumthin else to slag them off about, get a grip. Not as if its every meeting it happens. It was a shambles I am not defending them. Who will you be able to slag off next season then

Alex2000 266 Posted October 24, 2015 Won't be Cradley as they wont have a Club xxxxx Bit harsh as we were in this position last year.
guitar_art 247 Posted October 24, 2015 (edited) Won't be Cradley as they wont have a Club xxxxx Well out of order. I hope it doesn't happen to you but if it did you might engage your brain before your mouth. Incidentally Tony Mole said last night (at the end of season bash) that Cradley were keeping him fully informed and that he was confident things would be sorted.
