Coventry Bees V Belle Vue Aces 27/05/2016

Recommended Posts

Add to that MTV crashes is at the Ricoh Arena that evening, thousands are expected for that.

Looking around the Brandon massive I don't think that will prove too much of a clash, if there was a hip replacement conference on though that might drag a few away.

An Aces 4 point banker.

You would think so and I think you could be right. However I would have said the same against Poole & Wolves and yet we beat them.

Belle Vue did look very good on Monday though 😬

Not sure about that. On par possibly.

Don't agree that it would strength us as KK has been scoring well most meetings from a no 1 spot. Lindgren scored well at Brandon as a 2nd string.

Hopefully Lindgren can be tempted. Chances are he's planned a couple of days at home after riding in SEC tomorrow afternoon before heading to Poland on Sunday.

Might not be that simple to simply book him.

Don't honestly think that we can expect Woryna to ride in this meeting either given the events of last Sunday.

Absolutely, besides last season Freddie is a class above in the EL compared to the blonde one.

Scratch that, he rode in Poland today and scored 8 points.

Nice initiative:

COVENTRY team partners NGK will have prizes available for supporters at Friday’s Elite League clash with Belle Vue at Brandon.

NGK are supporting the Down’s Syndrome Association and will be raising money for the cause at the Bees v Aces fixture.

During the interval representatives will be coming through the stadium with donation buckets and giving away trolley keyrings.

There will also be a chance to win a pair of ‘VIP Hospitality with NGK’ tickets to the Coventry v Swindon fixture on Friday July 1 with buffet and drinks included, as well as signed 2016 Greg Hancock and Scott Nicholls caps.

A pair of Coventry Bees race-jackets donated by the club and signed by all of the riders racing on Friday, will also be up for grabs.

A merchandise table where donations can be made for baseball caps, beanie hats and T-shirts will be located by the Track Shop, with ALL PROCEEDS going to the Down’s Syndrome Association.

We are pleased to be supporting this most worthy cause, and wish everyone good luck for the various giveaways.
