Double Points Question.

Recommended Posts

If a team hasn't got a full quota for some reason, i.e, rider not turning up, one being injured and that team then having to run a number of heats with just one rider would the other team when using a rider on double points (if they are in that position) still have that riders points double if he finishes third in a race with only three riders?

Yes as it's still classed as beating an opposition rider

Yes , it's just like a rider being excluded / disqualified from the rerun of a stopped heat , it's not heir fault that their opponents are short handed
