stevebrum 6,827 Posted June 27, 2016 I'll stick with the elite league thank you Apparently the PL gives so much better racing.
Solidmango 188 Posted June 27, 2016 I agree this meeting has been terrible but you can't use this as judgment of all PL meetings! All other sky PL meetings have been excellent.
Mr Blobby 2,676 Posted June 27, 2016 PL meetings on sky have always been pretty good in general. Just a shame that Berwick is such a crap track and they keep going back.
Panthers89 1,922 Posted June 27, 2016 Is the racing always this bad at Berwick. Â This meeting is almost as poor as England's defense (almost) Â There are a lot of PL fans on here who are always telling us how great the racing is in the PL, however I have yet to see any evidence of that. This is the first really bad meeting this season so far on sky. The EL ones have been very good. Oh give over...... Tainting the premier league with 1 shocking meeting, elite league is always brilliant ofcourse. I've only seen 1 bad meeting so far around the EOES
Icicle 896 Posted June 27, 2016 It does not help when the opposition don't turn up.
Shadders 4,135 Posted June 27, 2016 (edited) Correct at the talk-in we had they basically said some tracks like Berwick make them feel really welcome, whilst others think Sky's here how much are the takings going to be down.Is that really a good reason to keep returning to Berwick? It looks spectacular, big and fast, but the racing is dull. Most Premier League tracks have had better racing this year. Edited June 27, 2016 by Shads

I've only seen 1 bad meeting so far around the EOES Peterborough is one of the exceptions as when I last watched them they were in the EL

stevebrum 6,827 Posted June 27, 2016 Let's hope Wednesday does the PL proud. I was hoping the football would be more interesting so it was a lose lose viewing wise tonight.

tweedcider 75 Posted June 27, 2016 I had haggis & chips at the football, pies at speedway  Followed by a Heart Attack or just indigestion?
Shadders 4,135 Posted June 27, 2016 Followed by a Heart Attack or just indigestion? Followed by a 0-0 draw with Queen of the South. Indigestion may have kept me awake
Gr8scot 589 Posted June 27, 2016 Is that really a good reason to keep returning to Berwick? It looks spectacular, big and fast, but the racing is dull. Most Premier League tracks have had better racing this year. They keep coming back for John Anderson's delicious pies, just like the rest of us
