SCB 0 Posted August 9, 2016 It would have probably made more sense to roll out Brian Havelock! What an utterly pointless signing and one that just helps slowly kill British Speedway.

TheScotsman 2,484 Posted August 9, 2016 I hope Jye shows up all the naysayers and proves he can hack it over here!! Hardly had a chance to settle let alone prove himself.

damosuzuki 696 Posted August 9, 2016 Give the kid a break ffs. There are a number of good British riders coming through, he's not stopping them.
TheScotsman 2,484 Posted August 9, 2016 After Jye's first 8 League and League Cup meetings, he was scoring on a par with Dan Bewley. Jye - 30 rides - 7 points - 3 bonus. Dan - 27 rides - 7 points - 0 bonus. (Dan missed the home meeting against Glasgow) Dan's scoring took off just after then. Jye's couldn't. So all a bit early to judge Jye as a flop especially when he had 3 home matches rained off in that time.

Gazc 7,140 Posted August 9, 2016 (edited) Edinburgh clearly decided he was a flop Think Campbell described him as the worst overseas newcomer ever, must be bad take it he never saw Jayden O Malley then. Edited August 9, 2016 by Gazc
