Wolverhampton V Poole. Elb. 5/9/17

Recommended Posts

So R/R got more than Holder has on his last 2 visits. Nicholls doing better than Hans and Buck would have got a few more than Klindt. Lindgren and Tai get 10 between them and Poole should have wrapped this up

Nicholls is an equal if not better replacement for the majority of clubs heat leaders.

Only Poole fans would doubt that or haven't watched Nicholls at Monmore often.

Matt is the master of tactical mind games, put a team of rammel out and the home side think theyve only to turn up and get the 3 points

Leicester have been trying that all year!

Got a point! Well done lads amazing backs to the wall effort and beyond all expectations.

No shock to me Steve. Well earned.

Strange meeting, all over the shop. Can't deny Poole their point, deserved it.

Clegg in ht 12 and Howarth in Ht 14 got us out of the manure.

Lindgren & Woffinden did their best to land us in it.

Don't think Freddie & Tai will be getting ten between them again this season, best get it out of the way now before the serious stuff begins.

Thats fine don't disagree. Nicholls scored what Hans would have got. But we got 5 for Holders rides. Holder is on very good form. We got 0 for Buk, who has done quite well around Monmore for a Pole.

End of the day Poole did remarkably well considering we only had one heat leader in guest Nicholls. We were always going to run out of riders to combat the Wolves heat leaders, heat 13 the prime example.

its only certain Poole fans who think that was backs to the wall. Holder hasn't scored 5 in his last 2 visits. R/R got 5 so not weakened there. Nicholls outscored what Hans would have done. And Buck may have got more than Klindt by 4 or 5. With Lindgren and Tai getting only 10 between them this was a massive opportunity for Poole to win but they couldn't take it.

Holder scored 3 on his last visit and 3 on the visit before that so he may have scored near to what RR got.

Nicholls scored 11 that is more than the out of form Hans would have

Maybe so but he wasn't riding very well last year due to his best mates injury. A different rider this year and on very good form. Guess we will find out in the playoffs as that result more or less sealed BV for top spot. Unless they fancy taking on Poole or Wolves in the semis I expect us to be back at Monmore shortly, with a stronger team.

That Gavan bloke in full trolling mode I take it. Making the usual pillock of himself is he? No surprise.

Nope no suprise.

Point for Poole - can't say they didn't deserve it. Thorsell simply awesome tonight, Lindgren beaten by Newman in the last heat :l Although, Newman did ride it well all evening.

Thorssell is a vastly improved rider, if Klindt could have been arsed to turn up we may have done better.. I cannot fault Scott Nicholls contrabution.
