Recommended Posts

Surely masters is as good as king? Wolves heat leader, rides in Poland and Sweden and getting better.

Not at ippo.

Thought you may have gone for Clegg as well....

I assume Jacobs average is above cleggy.

it doesn't look as if this tie will be decided by the Reserves.

If Jacobs had not been unwell and Danyon not been injured, even if Bewley was riding, I think that, at home, the Witches No. 6 and 7 would have got 10 points on their counterparts. Ipswich definitely disadvantaged by the current situation.

Jacobs looking well off the pace tonight at Lakeside. Someone said he's been suffering with flu ? Looks like his still suffering if that was the case .

I think we need 16+ lead to have real confidence.

10-16 even stevens.

Under 10 Monarchs in the driving seat.

If pushed Id go for 51-39 putting it right in the balance....

Really. Bewley would easily out score Hume and I would give Jacobs the edge in the battle with Clegg but by no more than 3 points.

Why do Monarchs persevere with an unbalanced lineup by pairing their best two riders around Ipswich at 1 & 2 , whilst tracking a very weak 3 & 4 in the Riss brothers?

The reason given for this recent change in rider order was that Mark Riss felt more comfortable partnering his brother, but there has not been any dramatic improvement in his form since.

If Mark beats any home rider on his Foxhall debut, it will be a bonus.

Given the Witches comfortably defeated high flying Newcastle in their last home match, expect an 18+ home victory.

Quick question, if we don't make the play off semi final, will we end with the 16 lapper? Not trying to put a downer on just asking the question. If not isn't this the first time in Years that we have had a record low number of home meetings?
