Wolverhampton V Poole: El Play-off Semi-final 2nd Leg

Recommended Posts

I've seen a photo, same as you.

I can take a photo of my legs with one slightly raised and the right knee looks much bigger. Doesn't prove anything one way or the other.

So, no I haven't seen the 'injury' and neither have you.

I have to say that I agree with you - that picture doesn't show much at all (except hairy legs)

What would you call it if he had signed for someone else.

An unusual and surprising miss on the part of Matt Ford.

Whats unfair about getting a guest for a injured rider? I was replying about Bjarne being injured.

I was refering to Bjarne.

So what is unfair about it. Bjarne aquired his 6.80 point average in the reserve birth riding in protected heats against reserves and 2nd strings.Tungate aquired his average riding against heat leaders so his average was earned against better riders so making him a better rider than Bjarne at this time.On top of that Tungate has ridden at Belle vue 3 times and his lowest score was 12.If there are any fans on this forum that disagrees that this unfair change would not make Poole much much stronger i will show my ?

So? That's how the league works with these rules. That's why we had a load of reserves spending mid season in top 5 positions. It's been that way all season and every team have had their ups and their downs. Stupid league format and obvious this was going to be outcome.

So whichever way you look at it after a full season of teams battling away there is a good chance that the league champions only won it because the rules allowed them to use a heatleader(track specialist) instead of a reserve. Fair play my bottom.

Well those are the rules, at least Ellis and Newman are back at reserve where they should be, ridiculous decision to let EDR riders into the main body of the team.

Bjarne should never have been allowed to ride at reserve.

what the whiny bitchers on here fail to grasp is that if riders don't ride they don't get paid.

Then they come back with the "ahhh but MF paid them not to" as if there's millions of pounds floating around this sport

Your wasting your time mate, they will not listen, clearly they dont care or are bothered. Clearly they are NOT speedway fans..

So you don't believe photographic evidence!! I bet you even question whether they are his legs!

Of course he doesn't mate. Hes a very sad man boy child. He is clearly NOT a speedway fan. Im begining to wonder if Brum and BWitcher are the same person, they clearly have the same mentality...

Speedways issues with attracting new fans are nothing to do with this forum, in the grand scheme of things no one cares what is said on here because the number of users is so low.

The idea that bickering and bitching is exclusive to this forum is also a bit daft, thats generally how the internet functions so no, the its all the geeks fault line wont put a stop to people commenting on all the nonsense of the last few days

That is simply not true!!!!!!!!

I have Beean a member of a popular weather forum for 3 years, never an argument like you get on here with posters getting banned, reinstated, and then banned again within hours!

Proper discussion, with pictorial posting as well, oh, sorry, forgot this is a speedway forum, so penny pinching and saving bandwidth!! Hmmmmmm, where haveci heard that before I wonder!!

Of course they do ..how much do you think Ford will pocket for a sell out final crowd ....your naive if you think riders don't get paid for missing matches

Teams announced on Wolves web-site:-

1. Lindgren 2.Karlsson 3.HARRIS 4. Woffinden 5. Masters 6. Clegg 7. Howarth

1. Holder 2. Kurtz 3. Lindback 4. Buczkowski 5. Tungate 6. Ellis 7. Newman

For me the 12 point lead is unsurmountable, the key being the Poole reserves. They could quite easily take the two reserves heats by 5-1. If that happens in heat 2, then it's all over, game, set and match to Poole.

A genuine question about rules, if the tie is level after 30 heats then is it a run-off ?
