Yes and no- don`t think they had to because they went " skint " and were then refused a licence to operate. Persumably returning with a new company formed. This happened in 2013- they had another season in Extraleague in 2014 - missed 2015 and returned in the NICE POLSKA league this past season How they were allowed to run in 2014 when Emil`s money was owed I don`t quite know !!! They are clubs in Poland, not companys/promotions. Probably same people that went bust started a new one, took over the reigns and so on... All this is kind of a joke of the century.
