World Games Pairs 29/7/17

Recommended Posts

Thanks, looks a great line up, wonder if anyone will be doing a racecard:)

The last time I watched a World Games speedway meeting was this cracker https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YIGbKOl_08g Cowboy Cook was the star of the show in his grey overalls. I was sure it was on a weekday afternoon as not many will have got to see it, naturally I thought of Thursday as it was held at Wimbledon, anyway whilst checking that out I came across this little gem, https://app.box.com/s/5s7ggxs7156pfo0ww77n/1/536055648/5165045752/1 Been posted here before but worth a repeat for those who haven't had a look.

I spent a minute or 2 looking at the action photo in that link, couldn't decide who it was, my guess is Michanek & PC, maybe the Wembley run-off, just guessing though.

Anyway, it was a Tuesday.

I am angry at the PZM's rule that riders who race in the Ekstraliga can only race in 2 more leagues as it's hit our league the hardest. The rumour of the rule for next year is Ekstraliga and only ONE more league! I understand that they are protecting their product but they know that riders put their league first whatever because of the rich rewards, they also know that riders can get injured at any time, any where, in any race.

If I were you then in futue I would be more specific and call a spade a spade. We Poles, and I for one, became very sensitive and irate since the people in the West are saying "Polish death camps", etc., whereas in truth the camps were built and operated by Germans (Nazis) although - granted - on invaded and occupied Polish soil. But this does not make them "Polish".

Anyway...thanks for responding and explaining your way of thinking.

OMG man, don't go there, disgusting, evil times you are referring to there! Have no fear my feelings are yours about the way the Nazis treated our countries and people!

Maybe that's one of the reasons why us mere mortals should stick together and help each other in all walks of life.

Apparently, Polsat TV (open channel), is covering this as well. So anyone having access to satellite TV should be able to find Polsat TV

Lambert so far off the pace at this level

The way Lambert has performed at this level this year, he makes Bomber look brilliant.
