Shadders 4,136 Posted April 30, 2017 No post for this that I can see. Not as straightforward as it may seem. Looks like Leicester have strengthened. Not many easy Premiership meetings. Hard one to call, but I'd take a 7-10 point win. Weather forecast doesn't look great. Showers forecast from 1pm and on and off all afternoon. Let's hope the tracks in good nick. Afternoon meetings at Rye have a history of being particularly dull
westhamboy66 599 Posted April 30, 2017 Don't see a lot between the sides but a stand out thing is Danny Kings poor form so far. If he picks up tomorrow then it could be close. That said i don't see Leicester leaving with a point
False dawn 2,307 Posted April 30, 2017 I know I'm biased, but Danny's "quiet" start to the season is a bit of a mystery. I thought he had started to make the transition to being a top class rider last year, who can forget his performance at Cardiff? He'll come good. The sooner the better. stevethelion 192 Posted April 30, 2017 Lions without Gomolski & no facility, means with Richard Hall guesting for him Rye House should be comfortable winners.
hackneyrocket 139 Posted April 30, 2017 Danny King knows the Rye circuit well, this may be a turning point of his season. Can't make this one but I think Rye will just sneak it with Leicester getting a point.
Shadders 4,136 Posted April 30, 2017 Danny King is class around Rye, poor form or not. Don't think I've seen Gomolski at Rye, but I've seen Hall there a few times. Can't remember him impressing much
fliss44 346 Posted April 30, 2017 Are dogs (4 legged variety) allowed in the stadium?
Rteyp 6 Posted April 30, 2017 Don't think dogs are allowed, saw a guy being escorted off premises with his dog last week.

BuxtonTiger 122 Posted April 30, 2017 Who is in for Perks, the lad missed Buxton today with flu.
SPEEDY69 1,277 Posted May 1, 2017 Maybe he'll be ok? It could be that special type of flu that only speedway riders get - the type that doesn't last 5-7 days and require remaining in bed. Other people call it a cold.
Rayleigh 362 Posted May 1, 2017 Or the type of flu that affects National League matches more than Premiership matches. In short Ellis has been a revelation this season and in hindsight he really doesn't need NL commitments after all (just look at Workington score compared to his match at Redcar to see he isn't 100%)
