AntiqueSteve 100 Posted July 6, 2017 I've often learnt from experience watching speedway that it can be the meetings that you think won't be good that surprise you !
Baldyman 6,243 Posted July 6, 2017 That can be very true..and sometimes they are as bad if not worse than you expect them to be. Its like if the panthers are the visitors, sounds like a good meeting, just never is, in fact it's normally a comedy when they visit.

Super Blue 616 Posted July 6, 2017 Currently in Ipswich a very pleasant breeze in the 24'c temperature, will update on any significant weather changes as appropriate.

mickthemuppet 976 Posted July 6, 2017 Fifteen heats all around a minute each adds up to 15 minutes where I come from So on that basis if you go to the Epsom Derby you will see roughly 9 minutes racing in 3 hours Go to the Golf Open and follow a player round and you see roughly 4 minutes of action in 4 hours At Wimbledon you will see roughly 12 minutes of tennis in every hour. Hardly worth going then, on your way of thinking is it?
crazysue 613 Posted July 6, 2017 (edited) Currently in Ipswich a very pleasant breeze in the 24'c temperature, will update on any significant weather changes as appropriate. A lot different to where I am then, been constant thunder and rain for the last two hours! Edit - Just in case people didn't pick up on it before, I am not near Ipswich. Baldyman 6,243 Posted July 6, 2017 Beautiful sunshine, very warm and sticky. Perfect weather for speedway or lying by the pool with a couple of cold ones.
