Mattfordfan 286 Posted December 3, 2017 He would have gone this winter if that was the case. We have this strange obsession with strength in depth teams and then changing them when it gets to july isn't strength in depth though is it. 2 riders who have been sacked previously for being no good and Ostergaard and Lambert's averages drop every year and that was with Ostergaard riding at 3 & 4. Surely Hans must be the No.1 and S. Lambert is going to ride @ 2 with J. Smith @
Flappy 1,605 Posted December 3, 2017 Nicholls and Shanes would fit nicely
Panthers89 1,922 Posted December 3, 2017 Ged said at the forum that Simon would be one of the best reserves in the league so unless somethings changed Hans and Jack Smith is the best hope but cant see it
Mattfordfan 286 Posted December 3, 2017 (edited) Ged said at the forum that Simon would be one of the best reserves in the league so unless somethings changed Must of done Nicholls and Shanes would fit nicely Shanes Grass and long track commitments at weekends. 13.76 Nicholls 9.72 & 4.04 (Reserves mentioned below or Brandford) Andersen 10.07 & 3.69 (Bailey, Hall, Bacon, Phillips, J. Smith, Perry or Davey) Kennett 8.30 & 5.46 (Etheridge, Jacobs, Gappmaier, Greaves, Perks, Graversen, T. Kurtz or Williamson) Without a No.1 Proctor or Berge & Sedgmen, Busk-Jakobsen & Newman. Wright is off to Sheffield or Redcar that's why he isn't on the list. JBA should be back at Redcar. Edited December 3, 2017 by Matt Ford Fan
Panthers89 1,922 Posted December 3, 2017 Kennett and Kurtz ideal world as means Lambert at reserve but cant see either of those big
Mattfordfan 286 Posted December 3, 2017 Kennett and Kurtz ideal world as means Lambert at reserve but cant see either of those big 3 Thinking the same. Mark Plummer thinks Panthers will have a No.1 Andersen is virtually a no go as I mentioned yesterday he is a key rider for Lodz and is always in the team. Baldyman 6,243 Posted December 3, 2017 (edited) Can't see any of the teams mentioned above lasting more than a few weeks, but maybe that's the plan..ged does like to make changes. Edited December 3, 2017 by baldyman
Crump99 4,476 Posted December 3, 2017 Kennett and Kurtz ideal world as means Lambert at reserve but cant see either of those big 3 That's the only place for him so they need an ideal world scenario.
Arch Stanton 2,255 Posted December 3, 2017 (edited) Can't see any of the teams mentioned above lasting more than a few weeks...at maybe that's the plan. No, they'll just wait for the Ferraris and Porsches to have a blow out on the final lap, and then coast past in their Robin reliant and pinch the trophies. And then give it the big un as if they've accomplished a stunning achievement!! Edited December 3, 2017 by Arch Stanton
BluTiger 21,700 Posted December 3, 2017 No, they'll just wait for the Ferraris and Porsches to have a blow out on the final lap, and then coast past in their Robin reliant and pinch the trophies. And then give it the big un as if they've accomplished a stunning achievement!! Give me a Robin Reliant any day if it gets the job done. No mileage in Ferrari's and Porches if they are going to crash in to each other
Crump99 4,476 Posted December 3, 2017 Definitely got to go with a proper NO1,If they don't can see more than 3 home defeat's next season .IMO heat 1 is the most important race as it goes a long way to determine how the meeting will pan out and can build a teams confidence up. Spot on. A quality no 1 to win the important races and start the meeting off in the right manner and then focus on reserves who more often than not can win you matches. We never learnt since Andersen left (should have done better in 2011) which says it all with our team building. I'm thinking that Rathbone has an ace up his sleeve for the happy clappers but I've no idea what it might be.

And then give it the big un as if they've accomplished a stunning achievement!! A robin reliant with two big shiny trophies in the boot. The Ferraris and Porsches had bottles in theirs but lost them when it mattered. Edited December 3, 2017 by Noodles
