Perhaps before making such comments you might want to try riding a Speedway bike around Armadale's current bumpy surface. Where are you getting this bumpy nonsense from? It’s probably one of the smoothest tracks in the league.

There’s a slight dip in the surface if you enter bend 3 on a certain area. I wouldn’t class that as a bumpy track. Majority of tracks must be classed as dangerous if we’re going to be classing Armadale as bumpy
mac101 1,201 Posted July 18, 2019 When you stand at the pit gates and watch them going up the back straight you can see them bouncing along it then bounce into the 3rd corner there Starky came in and checked he still had his fillings in it’s that bad

Talk about going of topic Not the worst track in the league by a stretch but when an Edinburgh rider says he needs a Grasstrack bike to get round it you know it's not smooth. Bates, like a lot of younger riders, simply lacks Trackcraft.

As for Josh lets remember he can (and does) go fast to win many races, indeed fast enough to be the track record holder at Leicester. Time will tell as to what level & how quickly he will progress by learning how to funnel his undoubted determination to succeed in such a way that helps his development rather than hinders it. Meanwhile lets hope he makes a full recovery and is back on his bike ASAP. Edited July 19, 2019 by 1 valve
